Since 2009 practicing as professional, business administrator, concentrating my work in promoting organizational strategies to improve the work climate within organizations, and emotional stability and work of colleagues in my team, in different public and private entities in the region of Caldas.
As a teacher I have been involved in issues of entrepreneurship and corporate social responsibility from the city of Manizales.

perfil profesional
Profesionalmente ejerzo mi profesion de Administracion de empresas en un gremio nacional enfocado a apoyar el sector del comercio en el pais, curso decimo semestre de esta carrera, durante mi tiempo en la universidad estuve como representante estudiantil, deseo al graduarme iniciar una maestria en Talento Humano o responsabilidad social empresarial (creo que actualmente es muy poco lo que hacen las compañias por la sociedad y el medio ambiente)
